Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Director of Sales & Marketing
• Provide support on sales & marketing related material including social media platform, PPT, quotation, contracts and reports etc.
• Build up an extensive network and maintain positive relationships with the hotel clients
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new accounts
• Monitor the sales performance and fulfill the sales target by taking necessary action plans
• Assist to formulate and implement strategic sales campaigns
• Any other duties or ad-hoc projects assigned by the Supervisors & Managers

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant disciplines 
• Relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Front Office or Reservation is preferable
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical and independent
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight schedule
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
