Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute the food & beverage related business strategies including brand management, branch operations, marketing and purchasing
- Plan, drive and implement strategies to meet sales target and increase the business profits
- Analyse and plan restaurant sales and profitability
- Prepare monthly reports, including manpower control report, food control an nm d sales report
- Ensure and keep the services, food and beverage in a high standard and quality
- Hiring, training, coaching & monitoring the frontline staff as well as maintaining a highly motivated team
- Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of operation experience in food & beverage industry preferably in Chinese & Japanese restaurant catering
- Management experience in group of catering outlets is an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua.
- Japanese speaker is an advantage
