Responsibilities:

• To handle all internal incoming telephone calls for service requests / inquiries from guests and other departments
• To act as information provider to Floor associates
• To assist administration works in Housekeeping office

Requirements:

• F.5 / graduate of Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or above
• 2 or 3 years working experience and preferably experience as Room Attendant or in housekeeping field
• Fluent speaking of Cantonese, Mandarin, English and basic computer knowledge
• Independent, good communication skills, positive, helpful and efficient
