Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager (PM) on managing HR related projects including but not limited to HRIS, e-Recruitment, LMS
• Consolidate and analyze requirements to propose feasible and practical solution(s)
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Manage vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables 
• Conduct system testing and assist end users for User Acceptance Testing
• Document corresponding Requirements and Design properly
• Prepare training material and provide end user training

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 2 years solid working experience in HR systems (like, HRIS, Learning Management System, Workflow Management, Time Attendance, e-Recruitment, etc.)  and preferred gained from sizable organization
• Experience in Peoplesoft, Conerstone, Lumesse is an advanage
• Candidates from F&B/Retail Industry are highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
