The Job

•             To implement Linux systems, including setup and support of hardware, OS, and related third party software.

•             Perform system performance tuning, capacity planning, scripting, system security hardening,  assessment and follow-up

•             Support application development and testing activities

•             Define standards, guidelines and procedure for system implementation and support

•             Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner

The Person

•             High diploma or above in computer science

•             3 years+ experience working in Linux and open source system in sizable organization

•             Strong skill in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Tomcat, JBoss system administration

•             Basic Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) technologies, Red Hat OpenShift Platform and Smart Management system

•             Understanding of basic LDAP concepts and basic connectivity to Directory Server, Network Information Service (NIS), Active Directory

•             Knowledge VMWare virtualization solutions is preferred

•             Good command on both written and spoken English and Cantonese
