Job Description

• Install, configure IT hardware, software, systems and networks
• Monitor and ensure smooth daily operation of IT systems and networks
  
• Plan, schedule and run regular checks on systems, networks and equipment
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support with a customer-oriented mindset and in a timely manner across the company
  
• Provide PC installation support, set up new accounts and maintain e-mail accounts, internet network and IT equipment
• Provide help-desk support to users and technical guidance to remote staff across multiple offices (via phone, email, video conference etc.)
  
• Contribute to and maintain I.T. policies, standards and system operation procedures
• Troubleshoot a variety of computer and service issues, network connectivity, hardware/software issues
• Provide first-line IT support to end users including setup and maintenance of user accounts, installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware, and troubleshooting of IT related problems
• Provide training to end users and internal customers across the company
• Identify and act on opportunities to constantly improve and update systems
• Test new technology
• Potential and willingness to guide junior staff
• Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience in internal IT support. Garments industry is an advantage
• Network infrastructure support knowledge, e.g. VPN, Firewall, Router
• Customer service orientation
• Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Responsible, continuous improvement, able to work independently and with positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and social skills and service-minded
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Eagerness to take on challenges and an open mind to manage change and new opportunities
• A good team player with proactive and positive working attitude is a MUST
