Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst position will assist the APAC Supply Chain Finance Manager and Supply Chain Management by reporting, analyzing, and distributing key Logistics reports. The analyst’s focus will be on expanding the current reporting process, supporting management in controlling expenses, ensure accurate ledger account coding, and participating in continuous process improvement.

The role will support Asia Supply Chain activities across various countries, including China, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, & Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the APAC Supply Chain team (distribution center, transport, creative logistics) to support vendor invoices submission and ledger coding management
  • Partner closely with other Finance and Accounting teams to ensure APAC Supply Chain’s accounting & reporting are compliant with all financial requirements.
  • Support month-end close process to ensure entries are properly recorded (reclassifications, accruals, etc.)
  • Assist Supply Chain management in preparing monthly forecasts, annual plans, and periodic reporting
  • Work closely with teams to identify & implement process improvements
  • Support inter-company rebilling process
  • Support new vendor set up process in ERP system
  • Participate in departmental controls and issue monitoring
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years accounting or finance experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on team player
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and under pressure
  • Communicate effectively with business partners, both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adapt to changing operational needs
  • Knowledge and familiarity with transportation & distribution is a plus
  • Good command of both verbal and written English; Mandarin is an advantage. 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
