Main Duties

• Supervise and monitor the daily operation of finance department
• Review and recommend operation procedures, internal controls and policies
• Partner with other team to deliver quality financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-making
• Prepare and monitor annual budget and monitor cash flow
• Review and analyze General Ledger details to ensure integrity of accounting records
• Perform annual statutory audit, tax filing etc.
• Other administration works
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional qualifications
• At least 5 years’ solid experience at management level
• A good team member and be able to work under pressure
• Mature with high self-initiatives
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of ERP prefer Navision experience
• Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
