Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions of a portfolio of investment projects;
• Review and prepare financial analysis, variance reports, budgets, forecasts, management and financial reports with detailed breakdown schedules;
• Review and enhance appropriate internal controls and procedures & compliances;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers; and
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines;
• Qualified member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent required;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting/ audit experience;
• Preferably with previous exposure in money lender/ finance industry;
• Solid experience in consolidation, financial analysis, budgetary control and compliance;
• Good command of both spoken / written Chinese and English;
• Able to meet tight timelines and willing to work under pressure;
• Good communication skills;
• Proficient in PC software in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing; and
• Immediate availability preferred.
