Duties:

• Interface with CPA firms to carry out and complete all audit requirements
• Fulfill company financial reporting and filing requirements
• Develop and maintain financial operations processes, procedures and controls
• Coordinate across other departments to ensure financial operations procedures are implemented and followed
• Determine and maintain suitable financial operations tools
• Develop and communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly financial management reports with leadership team
• Research, analyze and develop cost model for existing and new products
• Ensure proper invoicing and contract compliance with customers and suppliers
• Track expenses, revenues, and analyze budget deviations

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting
• 2 to 3 years accounting experience
• LCCI or equivalent certifications
• MS Office expertise
• Good command of English and Chinese
