Job Description

Reporting to the Company's COO and Group CFO, the Financial Controller is the head of the Finance and Accounting Team as well as the business partner to the Company's Management.

Responsibilities

Leading a Finance and Accounting Team of 10-15 peoples, the Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operation in the Team
Be responsible for delivery of timely and quality financial reports and analysis, both for statutory and management purposes
Being a trusted business partner to the Company's Management, actively involve in driving new business initiatives and problem solving through provision of financial analysis with insight and recommendations from finance point of view
Promote and enforce the best financial practice within the Company
Be responsible for Finance and Accounting talent development, to equip the team with the capabilities on future Company growth
Involve in annual business planning and budgeting exercise
Manage statutory audits, tax filings, internal audits and due diligence
Involve in sales and finance related systems development/acquisition projects

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related discipline
10 years or above relevant working experience with at least 4 years in management role
Qualified accountant with experience in Big 4 audit firms
Experience in Media Advertising Industry preferable
Strong commercial sense and strategic thinking
Resourceful and being a problem solver
Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally to provide visibility and insight to different BU/departments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Chinese, English and MS Office
