Requirements:

• To be a candidate, you must be a qualified accountant (member of HKICPA or equivalent overseas institute), who can demonstrate strong technical ability and have gained a minimum of five years working experience, as a trainer with a professional accounting firm or as a trainer of professional exams for accountants
• Reporting to the directors and head of our technical department, the post involves, inter alia, planning and coordinating training programs for professional staff including the design of the training curriculum, delivering the training and evaluation of the training programs; designing and organizing new employee induction programs
• Planning and coordinating technical and audit automation updates and seminars
• Performing technical reviews; responding to technical queries, maintaining and developing the firm’s audit procedures and documentation and other ad-hoc projects
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential
• Applicants should have a keen interest in the technical and training aspects of the accounting profession and a desire to develop his/her career in this area
• Knowledge of CCH Audit Automation software is a plus
