Responsibilities

• Performing daily accounting duties
• Perform financial analysis, report irregularities and management reporting
• Perform annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation
• Responsible for internal control and site checking
• Handle audit and tax related tasks 
• Any ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Higher Diploma preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in accounting, audit experience preferable
• Experience in real estate or hotel industry preferred
• Experience in SunSystem and Vision preferable 
• High proficiency in PC operations such as MS Word and Excel 
• High proficiency spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
