Job Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR services and administrative duties including pre-boarding and on-boarding arrangement, compensation and benefits administration, performance management and employee relations
• Manage and maintain systematic personnel records on system including HRIS, eLeave, eDocEx system
• Assist in preparation of management reports
• Provide support on salary benchmarking and pay structure review exercise
• Assist in the review of HR processes, workflow, policies and procedures
• Prepare presentation materials for management review
• Assist in various HR ad-hoc projects
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in sizable company,preferably in Food and Beverage / Catering or retail industry
• Hands on experience in using HRIS is preferable
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Proactive, well-organized, a good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Application including MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal/communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

(Fresh Graduated or Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant)
