Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound calls, and outbound calls (warm call) for verifying content.
- Communicate with various departments to follow up daily operations.
- Provide quality service and solve problems for customers.
- Be able to handle complaints professionally, both written and verbally.
- Prepare, update and compile various types of daily, weekly, monthly and/or ad- hoc reports.
- KPIs will be specified and to be achieved.
- Any other ad hoc projects assigned by Manager.
KNOWLEDGE
- At least One year relevant customer service experience. Experience in Call Centre would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, patient, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to solve problems for customers.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS office including word, excel, power point.
