PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for the provision and formulation of Immigration advice to clients, and the coordination and management of Hong Kong visa processing. Handling data processing via tracking system and ensuring all documentations are properly filed.

• Aware of timelines and Able to work independently
• Good analytical & problem solving skills
• Able to provide consultative advices to clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) with conversational Putonghua preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Clients, Transferees, and the general public.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

 EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years Customer service experience, of which one year is preferably associated with Immigration services.
