Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a multi-functional role which contributes to all destination services areas include coordinate and accompany (if required) area orientation, settling-in, home finding, schooling, tenancy management, short term temporary housing booking and immigration. Post-holder will manage customer’s international mobility move and needs to work closely with the field consultants to set expectations of customers on various aspects of the destination services.

Post holder may need to work on after office hours including Saturday and/or Sunday occasionally when required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Cultural sensitive and able to work with all levels of staff
  • Aware of timelines and Able to work independently
  • Good analytical & problem solving skills
  • Able to provide consultative advices to clients
  • Ability to resolve practical problems and deal with a variety of concreate variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access systems.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years Customer service experience, of which one year is preferably associated with relocation industry or Immigration services.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) with conversational Putonghua preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, Clients, Customer, HR and the general public.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
