This position is responsible for monitoring and co-ordination of three internal functions to support our daily operations.   The Administration Manager will lead a small team and oversee the administration, real estate and procurement functions providing professional service and excellent support for internal customers.

Major Responsibilities

• Office Administration – to monitor and make continuous improvement in the administrative operations including but not limited to office equipment, printing matters, stationery supplies, courier and reception service, etc
• Real Estate – to manage property leases (office & operation sites) matters including contract renewal, sourcing new sites for business expansion and maintain good relationships with landlords and internal customers to resolve all related matters
• Procurement – to monitor and provide procurement support to operations in sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting and contract management. Liaise with vendors for all Purchase Order matters 
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years related work experience with track record in handling office administration, procurement and leasing matters from sizable or multi-national corporations
• Customer-oriented, multi-tasking and able to manage by leading
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
