Job Description
This position is responsible for monitoring and co-ordination of three internal functions to support our daily operations. The Administration Manager will lead a small team and oversee the administration, real estate and procurement functions providing professional service and excellent support for internal customers.
Major Responsibilities

Office Administration – to monitor and make continuous improvement in the administrative operations including but not limited to office equipment, printing matters, stationery supplies, courier and reception service, etc

Real Estate – to manage property leases (office & operation sites) matters including contract renewal, sourcing new sites for business expansion and maintain good relationships with landlords and internal customers to resolve all related matters

Procurement – to monitor and provide procurement support to operations in sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting and contract management. Liaise with vendors for all Purchase Order matters

Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements

Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 8 years related work experience with track record in handling office administration, procurement and leasing matters from sizable or multi-national corporations

Customer-oriented, multi-tasking and able to manage by leading

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written in English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
