Senior Operations Manager – F & B

Our client is one of leading company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion

Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of support on day-to-day operations to maximize the operation efficiency, and to maintain exceptional customer service standard
• Develop and review operations policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations for improving automation efficiency
• Coordinate in expansion and renovations projects to ensure smooth outlet opening
• Ensure and keep the services, food and beverage in a high standard
• Hiring, training, coaching & monitoring the frontline staff as well as maintain a team of highly motivated staff

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel/ food manufacturing/catering industry is preferred
• Demonstrated competence in project management, cost reduction initiatives and process improvement.
• Ability to provide innovative leadership in the issues related to process re-engineering
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with executive management staff and operating line employees and other internal clients
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
