Job Description

Our client is a Japan-listed international institution focusing on fields including integrated financial services and inventory rental.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general office and clerical duties. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries, follow-up on on-going cases and provide support for the sales team. You should be able to provide excellent customer service to the customers, and efficient performance for handling clerical work.

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend and provide customer service with quality to phone enquires and in person at the customer service counter
  • Provide efficient clerical support internally, such as finance lease, hire purchase and loan document processing
  • Handle general cash transaction and balancing
  • Maintain an organized customer portfolio
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Exposure in sales-related environment, finance industry is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese typing
  • Mature with excellent communication skill
  • Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
