Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Responsible for general clerical work, data entry, document sorting, scanning and filing
- Handling MPF, group medical & office insurance,
- Handling phone calls and incoming mails
- Office equipment/supplies maintenance,
- Handling expenses reimbursement for staffs, petty cash, vendors payments and banking documents
- Handling Tradelink declaration, following shipments and preparing shipping documents
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5/DSE or above with 1-2 relevant working experience
- Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
- self-discipline, with numerical sense and analytical skills, detail conscious and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
