  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Responsible for general clerical work, data entry, document sorting, scanning and filing
  • Handling MPF, group medical & office insurance,  
  • Handling phone calls and incoming mails
  • Office equipment/supplies maintenance,
  • Handling expenses reimbursement for staffs, petty cash, vendors payments and banking documents
  • Handling Tradelink declaration, following shipments and preparing shipping documents
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Form 5/DSE or above with 1-2 relevant working experience
  • Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • self-discipline, with numerical sense and analytical skills, detail conscious and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
