Job Description
- Handle daily enquiries and job-related tasks
- Coordinate internal and external parties
- Resolve clients’ complaints and respond in a timely manner,
- Prepare quotations, meet with clients for pitching and operations
- Maintain good communication with the Sales Team
- Ensure the feedback from external/internal clients are meeting the expectations
