Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating patients' appointment bookings
- Carrying out nursing procedures
- Handling patients' queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner
- Providing administrative support in any ad-hoc duties whenever necessary
- Daily clinical services, operations and patient care duties
Job Requirements
- F.6 or above
- 2 years' experience
- Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- 5.5 working days per week (no night shift required)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
