Requirements

• Degree holder of Business Studies or related disciplines
• 5-6 years working experience in full spectrum of secretarial support
• Previous experience in sizable MNC, preferably in serving expatriates
• Prior exposure in reports preparation and data analysis is preferable
• Detail-oriented, pleasant, self-motivated with good organization skills
• Strong computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication of spoken and written English & Chinese

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and business support to Marketing Director
• Responsible for the preparation of presentation material and meeting documents
• Handle meetings coordination, travel arrangement and expenses reimbursement
• Prepare various reports and perform analysis on market data and business information
