Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, office renovation, fixed assets procurement and management.

• Review and monitor the services quality of contractors and suppliers in regular basis.

• Procurement of office supplies, equipment & inventory control.

• Prepare regular report with analysis for management review.

• Assist in organizing company activities and perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Business administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years administrative working experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Well organized, analytical minded and details oriented.
• Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing.
• Experience in handle renovation project is a plus.
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan
• Immediate available preferred.
• Candidates with Less experience will be considered as Administration Executive
