The Job:

• Carry out human resources activities including selection interviews; orientation programmes, career counselling, annual appraisal, staff cases and termination, planning and implementation of various employee relations / communications programmes.
• Provide professional advice to line management on HR policies, procedures and Employment Ordinance and other relevant ordinances where necessary.
• Coach and supervise the team members at junior grade to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
• Conduct relevant analysis and prepare management reports.
• Participate in the manpower planning and implementation.
• Contribute to the review of HR policies, work procedures and practices to ensure that the prevailing employment related ordinances are complied with.
• Contribute to the development / enhancement of the HRMS.
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors.

The Person:                       

• Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in human resources management, of which at least 3 years in similar capacity, gained from sizeable organizations.
• With hands on experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions.
• Conversant with employment related ordinances.
• Strong problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skill.
• Proactive and positive, detail conscious, able to perform multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Chinese.
