The successful candidate will assist the Centre Operations Manager in performing daily administrative duties, collecting data and compiling reports, arrange for procurement and preparing purchasing orders, dealing with contractors for materials purchase and consumable supply, coordinating with various internal & external parties and handling other operational issues as and when required.

Applicants should be tertiary educated in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including the Chinese Word Processing is required. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Operations Assistant.
