Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales & marketing activities
- Ensure efficient branch operations & deliver excellent services to satisfy customers' needs
- Perform preliminary credit assessment on credit service applications
- 處理貸款申請相關事項
- 負責分行的一般查詢及客戶服務工作
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience with customer service/sales/ financial services will be an advantage
- Well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Good communication
- 5-days work week, shift duty is required
