Job Description

Responsibility

Settlement

Arranging settlements for Hong Kong Equity, Mutual Fund, Bond, IPO
Support daily operatio of Cash management, trade settlement for designated portfolios and funds
Supervise daily operationon settlement instructions. Ensure client instructions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor and operate various settlement systems, inckluding but not limited to CCASS, CMU, Euroclear
Follow up with custodians for any problem related to settlement issues

Cash Management

Handle inward/ outward remittance transaction to ensure there is no abnormal cash

Client On-boarding

Prepare account opening documents
Assist to perform on-boarding in full compliance of regulatory

Requirements

Degree in business related disciplines with minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in banking or financial services industry
Familiar with custodian business with good knowledge ofsettlement systems operations
Experience in Corporate Action handling will be an advantage
Good communications skills and proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
