Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in relation to Pension / MPF / ORSO (no cross selling is needed)
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Maintain and update call agent system
• Provide clerical and administration support to the team
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements: 

• HKDSE / Form 7 or above
• Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service industry / call center operation
• Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Good problem-solving, customer oriented and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
