Global leader in technology services and management consulting, which enables clients in 45 countries to create and execute strategies for their business and digital transformation. They are now expending their financial service consulting team in Hong Kong and looking for high caliber talents to fill the Digital Business Analyst role:

Key areas business analysts will be focused on:

• Provide business and technical consulting services in the form of analysis, configuration, training, process and solutions design, onsite assistance, user acceptance testing, and support while ensuring we deliver on our promises. 
• Build and maintain relationships internally with managers and team members and externally at key accounts to ensure customers are satisfied and referenceable. 
• Engaging with sales and delivery teams 
• At least 3 years' experience in technology delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 – 8 years of professional work experience preferably in consulting firms or utility space
• Tertiary qualifications in a Business and/or IT related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Retail and/or Digital platforms 
• Experience either software system installations, configurations, implementations, project life cycles and software implementation methodologies
• Experience in business processes, conducting requirement workshops and reporting
• Experience in CRM and ERP software platforms is advantageous
• Experience working for consulting or professional services organizations
• Experience being a team member on mid to large scale projects
• Being a team player and working closely with other business areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build long term relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple relationships, people and time to meet service levels
