Architectural Assistant Role

We are seeking highly motivated and thoughtful Architectural Assistants to join our Hong Kong team working on projects in the Asia Pacific region.  

This role is ideal for students who have completed their Bachelor or Master's of Architecture and are looking for a full time role to kick start their career. 

Responsibilities

• Support Project Leads with client liaising and project development including meeting documentation, distribution and follow-up across project offices
• Day-to-day assistance with coordination, planning and reporting of project requirements
• Develop and prepare design presentations and reports for clients and other stakeholders
• Assist in administrative requirements during stakeholder engagement and feedback processes
• Assist in the design and documentation of master plan, architectural and interior project

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain schedules and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands
• Collaborative skills to work within a team environment across Asia Pacific
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Revit and BIM skills valued
• InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills to assist with presentations and submissions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Masters student in Architecture
• English and bilingual language skills are highly valued
