The company is seeking a Officer / Assistant Officer. This position will be stationed at our Tsing Yi office.

Job duties:

• Provide administrative support and coordination for the office;
• Assist in preparation and check documents to issue the invoice, updating database etc;
• Coordinate with contractors, customers, internal and external parties on invoices and payment etc;
• Responsible, hardworking, well organized and self motivated;
• Ad hoc duties when necessary.

 Requirements: 

• F.7 or above;
• 1 year related working experience;
• Welcome fresh graduates to apply;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MSWord, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
