MNC Main Contractor based in Hong Kong are recruiting for Project Quantity Surveyor & Quantity Surveyors to work on their new awarded Infrastructure projects. These are 2 new positions for 2 different civil project.

They are known for their large scale infrastructure projects around Asia and Hong Kong they have a consistent amount of new projects & on-going work, they forecast of winning more by the start of 2019

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost and variations estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts
• Reporting to QS Manager to project progress to day to day work
• Commercial management of subcontractor’s accounts.
• Be involved with the negotiation and settlement of variations, final account & claims.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying for related discipline.
• Over 6 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in Main Contractor working on Civil works is an advantage.
• Self-discipline and good communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
