Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all the site work including those work performed by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with requirement;
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders including but not limited to employers, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and customers, etc.;
• Assist in tender preparation, coordination and all project execution matters.
• Prepare technical submission of method statement, risk assessment, contingency plan, etc.

Job Requirements: 

• Member of HKIE or equivalent is an advantage;
• 1 years’ local civil engineering experience with Civil work: Site Formation, Bridge works Watermain, Drainage works construction are preferred;
• Experience in use of NEC contracts are preferred;
• Holder of Degree / Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent；
• Academic qualification should be awarded by local universities funded by the UGCor awarded by the IVE or technical colleges which are approved or recognized by the VTC or equivalent;
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluentMandarin is preferred.
