• Degree Holder in Building Studies / Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid working experience preferably in vetting of and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / studying technical feasibility on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements
• Well familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
• With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in building survey / building consultancy / project management of asset enhancement / A&A works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in PC applications
• Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Project Officer
