JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for managing various types of new, asset enhancement and fit-out projects within the approved time frame and budget for the company in Hong Kong, China
• Track, develop and report the ongoing progress, ensure quality and safety standards and met
• Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendors, client
• Supervise site operation & monitor the progress of project
• Coordinate with clients for the project follow-up / E&M vendors
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of experience or above in relevant field
• Strong leadership skills, aggressive personality, good internal & external communication skills, can work under high pressure and meet deadline
• Good Spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of AutoCad & Interior design drawings
• Immediately available
