Responsibilities

• To provide services in project management
• Being as design assistant in architectural design related to construction work
• To handle contractors and vendors’ relationship, contractors administration, contractual claims etc.
• To handle cost control of the projects
• To liaise /coordinate with the contractors and to ensure the projects are compliance with requirements , as well as to meet deadlines.
• To monitoring the qualities of the contractors
• Site supervision
• Ad hoc project and duties as required.

Profile

• Degree / High Diploma/High Cert. in Building Studies, or architecture studies or related fields
• Minimum 3years solid experience in managing construction projects
• Strong technical background in managing tenders, contracts and owner’s corporation, with experience in managing plant construction projects, and site supervision
• Excellent communication  and negotiation skills to handle contractors’ relationship
• Technical skills in architectural design
• Business mind and spectrum
• Can work under stress
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
