Job Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for all QS work from pre-contract to post-contract works;
• Provide general QS services, valuation for VOs;
• Develop cost plans; cost estimation and cost control;
• Monitor monthly cost reports and budgets;
• Prepare final project accounts.  

Job Requirements:  

• Holder of Degree / Higher Certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent；
• Academic qualification should be awarded by local universities funded by the UGCor awarded by the IVE or technical colleges which are approved or recognized by the VTC or equivalent;
• 2 years’ local experience in civil engineering industry for Assistant Quantity Surveyor ;
• 5 years’ local experience in civil engineering industry for Quantity Surveyor;
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin is preferred.
