  • Delivering and managing service excellence in reporting solutions and delivering positive outcomes to Client
  • Coach project teams across the region and ensure adherence to the governance process / structure and support innovation of service and knowledge in conjunction with function.
  • Working with all the regional countries to manage, monitor and maintain country project commercial data
  • Responsible for the process to build the baseline plan every year.
  • Support scenario planning and analysis in conjunction with client.
  • Preparation of insightful / actionable reports or tools to support decision making in Country / Region
  • Proactively identify monthly Knowledge Share topics and coordinate / organize regional Knowledge Share sessions
  • Maintaining the baseline plan for the region
  • Supporting the commercial process, compliance, simplification and systemization to ensure compliance and reporting efficiency
  • Challenging budgets against internal and external benchmarks and identifying opportunity to drive value
  • Identify/support process improvement initiatives and develop collaborative solutions
  • Identify data quality issues impacting reporting and formulate plan to drive improvement
  • Ensure timely on/off boarding support of Regional personnel and associated system training

Job Requirements

  • A degree preferably in Engineering / Building, Project Management or relevant discipline
  • Fundamental Excel skills with keen analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software suite (e.g.: PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Proactive, sociable personality
  • Ability to work / deliver under pressure and take on additional roles & responsibility
