- Perform enhanced construction site supervision that includes the following:
- Check on workers ID and qualification
- Ensure contractor complies with Health & Safety plan
- Confirm works performed is according to consultant or specification
- Ensure the number of planned resources are in place and necessary qualification certificate is acquired
- Perform general site supervision
- Ad-hoc duty assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Vocational graduate on MEP, mechanical and or electrical trade/ Undergraduate of Building services, mechanical, and or electrical engineering degree
- Good command in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in PC application and MS Office program
- With MEP engineering or vocational background particularly in a contractor firm
- At least 2 years of site supervision of building services construction
