We are now looking for talented candidates in architectural background for hospital project to join us.
 

Responsibilities:

• Take lead and report to Project Director for project planning, managing and control the execution of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to handover with high quality, within schedule and budget
• Liaise with clients, project stakeholders and end-users, government authorities. Manage design consultants and contractors for project success
• Competency in aspects of management services including Design Management, Statutory Submission Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Value Management, Stakeholders Management
• Work with the project team in aspects of Project Execution, Project Control, Programme & Scheduling, Contract Administration, Procurement Strategy, Quality Management, Contract Strategy, Change Management and Construction Advisory
• Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required 

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Candidates should possess membership of a recognised professional institute in Project Management or Architecture
• At least 5 years of post chartered experience
• Conversant with local government regulations and health & safety for building projects
• Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) would be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
