Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring & supervising routine building services systems / plant operation, corrective and preventive maintenance
• Supervision of an in-house maintenance team and outsourced contractors as well as improvement projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant solid experience
• Experienced in handling tender document preparation and compilation is preferred
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and preferably with Registered Electrical Worker with Grade A0 or above 
• Experience gained in large scale commercial complex will be an advantage
