Responsibilities :

• Assist the Project Manager in estates project coordination and progress monitoring including project planning, scheduling and tendering, liaising with architects, consultants and contractors about design and construction details
• Compilation of progress report, minutes of meetings and other related documents
• Ensure the progress and standard of workmanship and quality to meet the standard and requirements
  
  

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Building Studies / Construction or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in major A&A projects in commercial buildings and shopping malls  
• Proficiency in PC applications such as CAD, MS Office, etc.
• Good written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good organizational skill, able to handle full set of construction drawings and co-ordinate with consultant and contractors
