Responsibilities:

• Generate creative ideas and layout design for websites and digital campaigns on web, mobile and social media platforms
• Managed projects from the development of initial graphic-based concepts to UX & UI design to final delivery stage
• Work closely with teammates to ensure the projects are well implemented as schedule and at high quality
• Present designs to clients for approval
• Ensure compliance with all brand and style guidelines
• Mentor junior designer to guide and review their technical and creative works
• Keep up with digital creative trends

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Graphic/ Multimedia/ Design or related disciplines
• 5 + years’ integrated art direction experience with focus on digital and social campaign, web and mobile design at agencies
• Experience with effective strategic brainstorming, campaign design and development, and all related creative execution
• Excellent sense of art direction, good skills on layout presentation and artwork production
• High proficiency in Ps, Ai, Ae, XD, etc
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, various frameworks
• Ability to manage and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Love to collaborate with teams and be a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
