• High Diploma / Cert. in Building Studies / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant experience;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft word and Excel,
• Self-motivate, accurate, hard-working and independently
• Experience in estimating is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as AQS
