Job Description

Manager – Building Diagnosis

Job Responsibilities:

To manage a project team to conduct building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and evaluations of buildings
To develop and follow up project proposals
To plan, organize, direct and control the work of project team to ensure the safety and quality performance of the projects
To attend meetings with customers, government authorities and public utilities on technical and statutory matters.

Job Requirements:

University degree in Engineering, Building, Science or related discipline.
Professional qualification from a recognized institution preferred.
8 - 10 years of experience in building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and project management.
Sound knowledge of project management and commercial skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
