​Job Responsibilities:-

• Assist in monitoring daily operations of administrative function
• Provide secretarial and all round administrative support to the department
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

Job Requirements:-

• Degree holder, with formal secretarial training will be an advantage
• At least 3 years ’relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure
