Scope:

To provide biological sciences related “application-based” training, laboratory equipment technical support, and troubleshooting. To assist in generating revenue growth through indirect pre- and post- sales activities.Managing the company existing clients usage of instruments, consumables and software applications.

Job Descriptions (including but not limited to) the following:

• To carry out specific projects under the direction of his/her supervisor(s) in order to accomplish company goals.
• To maintain good business relationships with target accounts.
• To prepare support plans, policy and technical materials, e.g. update capital instrument manuals, newsletters and company catalogues.
• To organize training, exhibitions, seminars, workshops and demonstrations in local area.
• To suggest and implement laboratory workflow solutions to our customers concerning company's products and their applications. Generate leads and identify customer needs in order to fulfill the sales target and help future business growth.
• To handle technical matters and general correspondence between both principals and customers, except those concerned with distributor arrangements, pricing policy, expenditure against budgets or staffing management.
• To deal efficiently with the day-to-day requirements of local customers by liaising, on a technical basis, with all appropriate departments within the company.
• To prepare product manuals for sales team training.

Job Requirements:   

• The candidate must be a postgraduate with proven track record in either Cell Biology, Immunology or Molecular Biology trainings(knowledge in up-to-date sequencing techniques, histochemical and microscopy based image analysis a plus)
• Outgoing personality, able to work at irregular hours as necessary
• Good common of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Literacy in Windows based Office software package
• Be flexible in work duties and be adaptable as required
