Job Location :  TST – Office – in the laboratory in Science Park – in our China factory

Languages :   Written proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, other languages skills welcome

Education :   Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Chemistry or related discipline (Knowledge of EN, ATSM and other Toys Compliance is an advantage)

Experience :  Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience / Fresh graduates will be considered

 Requirements

• Experience with working knowledge in texture analysis, formulating hydrogels based on silicones, polysaccharides, PVA, alginic acid, or polyacrylic acid etc. 
• Related experience with focus in toys and materials
• Familiar with manufacturing technology, process engineering and corresponding equipment
• Experience in working with factories, set-up of workshops and commissioning of equipment
• Familiar with Quality Control and Production Control in factories
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Communicative, proactive and a good team player
• Ability to organize and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
• Initiative, detailed-minded with strong problem solving and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office

Job Duty

• Formulate Toy products
• Test and evaluate the quality of Toy products
• Analyze lab and production sample deviation
• Ensure compliance with test and standards
• Documentation Control
• Prepare lab-scale, pilot batch to scale up batch products of Toy products for evaluation
